CartAI agents work across a wide range of US-based retail websites — from major fashion and lifestyle brands to specialty e-commerce stores. The merchants listed below have been tested and verified to work reliably with CartAI's agentic checkout flow.

This is a curated starting point, not an exhaustive list. CartAI is built to work with most US-based retailers, including many not listed here. If you have a specific merchant in mind, try it — and if you run into any issues, let us know.

Shopify-Based Merchants

These merchants run on Shopify storefronts and have been verified to work with CartAI's agent across standard checkout flows including variant selection, shipping, and payment.

These merchants run on a variety of e-commerce platforms and have been verified to work with CartAI's checkout agent.

Using Other US-Based Retailers

The merchants above are a starting point — CartAI is built to work well beyond this list.

To try a merchant not on this list:

1. Pass the product page URL in the tasks[].url field when calling POST /checkout.
2. Run a test checkout in the sandbox environment using test cards.
3. Monitor the task status via webhooks or GET /checkout/{taskId}.
4. If the checkout completes successfully — it works. If it fails consistently, reach out to us.

The most common reasons a merchant may not work out of the box are aggressive bot-detection policies, non-standard checkout flows, or purchase restrictions on specific product categories. CartAI has partnerships with Cloudflare, Humane, and Fingerprint to handle the majority of bot-detection systems — but some merchants require additional enablement. See Known Limitations for more detail.
